{{Infobox_gene}}

Putative P2Y purinoceptor 10 is a protein that, in humans, is encoded by the P2RY10 gene.{{cite journal | vauthors = Adrian K, Bernhard MK, Breitinger HG, Ogilvie A | title = Expression of purinergic receptors (ionotropic P2X1-7 and metabotropic P2Y1-11) during myeloid differentiation of HL60 cells | journal = Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Gene Structure and Expression | volume = 1492 | issue = 1 | pages = 127–38 | date = June 2000 | pmid = 11004484 | doi = 10.1016/S0167-4781(00)00094-4 }}{{cite journal | vauthors = Ralevic V, Burnstock G | title = Receptors for purines and pyrimidines | journal = Pharmacological Reviews | volume = 50 | issue = 3 | pages = 413–92 | date = September 1998 | pmid = 9755289 }}{{cite web | title = Entrez Gene: P2RY10 purinergic receptor P2Y, G-protein coupled, 10| url = https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=27334}}

Function

The protein encoded by this gene belongs to the family of G-protein coupled receptors that are preferentially activated by adenosine and uridine nucleotides. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein isoform have been found for this gene.
