Polo-like kinase 3 (Drosophila), also known as PLK3, is an enzyme which in humans is encoded by the PLK3 gene.{{cite web | title = Entrez Gene: PLK3 polo-like kinase 3 (Drosophila)| url = https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=1263}}{{cite journal | vauthors = Li B, Ouyang B, Pan H, Reissmann PT, Slamon DJ, Arceci R, Lu L, Dai W | title = Prk, a cytokine-inducible human protein serine/threonine kinase whose expression appears to be down-regulated in lung carcinomas | journal = J. Function
Cytokine-inducible kinase is a putative serine/threonine kinase. CNK contains both a catalytic domain and a putative regulatory domain. It may play a role in regulation of cell cycle progression and tumorigenesis.
