The Pagee River rises on the south eastern flank of Berry Hill (a {{convert|1655|ft|abbr=on}} summit) just below the {{convert|1000|ft|abbr=on}} contour at {{coord|18.29488|-76.92817|display=inline}} near Crawle Pen in Saint Mary.
