Pages is the debut EP by American rock band There for Tomorrow, released on March 27, 2007. It was produced by James Paul Wiser and mixed Adam Barber. It is the band's first release to have a title track. The band released their first music video for the track "Pages" directed by Chris Grieder.{{Cite web |last=Newman |first=Debbie |date=June 10, 2008 |title=New Video: There For Tomorrow, 'Pages' |url=https://www.mtv.com/news/mf0edg/new-video-there-for-tomorrow-pages |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20230611033028/https://www.mtv.com/news/mf0edg/new-video-there-for-tomorrow-pages |url-status=dead |archive-date=June 11, 2023 |access-date=June 10, 2008 |website=MTV}}

Four of the tracks, "Addiction and Her Name", "Pages", "Waiting", and "Taking Chances" were remixed, re-recorded and reappear on the second EP released by the band, the self-titled There for Tomorrow.

Background and recording

The earliest time of development is 2005,{{Cite web|date=2006-01-14|title=There For Tomorrow|url=http://www.therefortomorrow.com:80/frame_page_new.html|access-date=2020-11-01|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060114155709/http://www.therefortomorrow.com:80/frame_page_new.html|archive-date=2006-01-14}} when the band still had James Flaherty on vocals and guitar. He unfortunately left on the same year for "undisclosed reasons," so for some time, the band was a trio although they were looking for recruits.{{Cite web |title=Band's Website |url=http://therefortomorrow.com/frame_page_new.html |url-status=live |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20060412054113/http://therefortomorrow.com/frame_page_new.html |archive-date=2006-04-12}} The band lost their record deal with WP Records since they went defunct, so they have to go solo. On the same year, the band announced that Christian Climer joined the crew. They came across James Paul Wisner (Underoath, and Paramore) was working with them as producer.[http://www.drivenfaroff.com/2007/03/25/there-for-tomorrow-pages-ep/ There for Tomorrow Driven Far Off]

The band later found YouTube as a perfect place to make updates, skits, and overall promote the band in 2006. There are multiple videos out there showing the band live, singing early versions of their songs such as Wrong Way To Hide,{{Cite web|title=There For Tomorrow @ The Rock by wakakakee|website = YouTube|url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYVFbcNBMJE |archive-url=https://ghostarchive.org/varchive/youtube/20211220/AYVFbcNBMJE |archive-date=2021-12-20|url-status=live}}{{cbignore}}{{Cite web |last= |first= |date= |title=Summer Tour Video, Aug 17, 2006 by foshowtomorrow |url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQ8N5J1GfeM |access-date= |website=YouTube}} Waiting,{{Cite web |last= |first= |date= |title=There For Tomorrow, May 26, 2006 by fauxhawk48 |url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gc9YuB1bOSc |access-date= |website=YouTube}} and This Past Year which never had an official audio.{{Cite web |last= |first= |date= |title=There For Tomorrow, May 24, 2006 by fauxhawk48 |url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ncow0RAffhk |access-date= |website=YouTube}}
