The firm reportedly operates subsidiaries in several countries like Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Sweden, Finland, Spain, and Japan. Panda was previously embroiled in a lawsuit with one of its channel partners, External Technologies, Inc.
