Paninsky District ({{langx|ru|Па́нинский райо́н}}) is an administrativeLaw #87-OZ and municipalLaw #63-ZO district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Voronezh Oblast, Russia. It is located in the north of the oblast. The area of the district is {{convert|1398|km2|sp=us}}.{{citation needed|date=May 2013}} Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Panino. Population: {{ru-census|p2021=24236|p2010=29231|p2002=33,017|p1989=36,143}} The population of Panino accounts for 24.7% of the district's total population.
