The Paraguayan Workers Confederation ({{langx|es|Confederación Paraguaya de Trabajadores}}) or CPT is a national trade union center in Paraguay. It was formed in 1951 with close ties to the Colorado Party. In 1958, after a general strike, many unionists were exiled, and formed the CPT-E, a CPT in exile.{{Cite web | title=ORGANIZACIONES SOCIALES | url=http://www.eurosur.org/FLACSO/mujeres/paraguay/part-6.htm | archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20010707080942/http://www.eurosur.org:80/FLACSO/mujeres/paraguay/part-6.htm | access-date=2025-03-20 | archive-date=2001-07-07}}

CPT again operates in Paraguay. Until 1974 it was affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation, but is now a member of the International Trade Union Confederation.
