Parergodrilidae is an enigmatic family of polychaetes with only two genera, Stygocapitella, which lives on the coast; and Parergodrilus, which is terrestrial.
They share much in common with the clitellates, but molecular data place them with Questa and Orbiniidae.{{Cite journal |doi= 10.1007/s00435-005-0001-x |year=2005 |title= Spermatogenesis and Spermatozoa in Stygocapitella subterranea (Annelida, Parergodrilidae), an Enigmatic Supralittoral Polychaete |journal= Zoomorphology |volume= 124 |issue=3 |pages= 137–148 |last1= Purschke |first1= Günter |last2= Fursman |first2= Mary C.|s2cid=32109905 }}
