Parzanica (Bergamasque: {{lang|lmo|Parsanèga}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Bergamo in the Italian region of Lombardy, located about {{convert|70|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|30|km|mi}} east of Bergamo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 365 and an area of {{convert|10.8|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.
Parzanica borders the following municipalities: Fonteno, Marone, Monte Isola, Riva di Solto, Tavernola Bergamasca, Vigolo.
