Patamda is a small town in the Patamda CD block in the Dhalbhum subdivision of the East Singhbhum district in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
==History==
In 1956, along with the reorganisation of the states, three police stations of Manbhum district, namely Patamda, Ichagarh and Chandil were transferred to Singhbhum district.
