Patrick Burke (16 April 1879 – 7 February 1945) was an Irish politician.{{cite web|url=https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/members/member/Patrick-Burke.D.1932-03-09/|title=Patrick Burke|work=Oireachtas Members Database|access-date=2 July 2012}} He was first elected to Dáil Éireann at the 1932 general election as a Cumann na nGaedheal Teachta Dála (TD) for the Clare constituency.
