The Pennsylvania Rebellion were a National Pro Fastpitch softball team based in Washington, Pennsylvania.{{Cite web|url=http://www.rebellionprosoftball.com/Rebellion_Launch|title=National Pro Fastpitch Awards Professional Women's Softball Team to Western Pennsylvania|publisher=National Pro Fastpitch}} They were added as an expansion team for the 2014 season, receiving the roster and draft position of the recently defunct NY/NJ Comets.{{cite web|title=NPF Announces New Team in Pennsylvania|url=http://profastpitch.com/news/?article_id=2033|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20131203194219/http://profastpitch.com/news/?article_id=2033|url-status=usurped|archive-date=December 3, 2013|website=profastpitch.com|access-date=23 April 2015|date=19 November 2013}} They folded after the 2016 season.
Franchise history

The Rebellion joined NPF for the 2014 season, and received both the NY/NJ Comets' roster and draft position. The Rebellion's inaugural season ended with 9–39 record, finishing in last place.

On January 16, 2017, the NPF announced that the ownership of the Pennsylvania Rebellion would be dissolving the team, effective immediately.
