Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina

After being abandoned for 12 years, in December 2023, Select Group acquired the long-stalled Pentominium Tower. The Pentominium was completely redesigned from the ground up by Woods Bagot,{{Cite web |last=designboom |first=ravail khan I. |date=2024-05-01 |title=woods bagot-designed six senses skyscraper in dubai bridges holistic and luxury living |url=https://www.designboom.com/architecture/woods-bagot-six-senses-residences-skyscraper-dubai-marina-05-01-2024/ |access-date=2024-07-13 |website=designboom {{!}} architecture & design magazine |language=en}} utilizing the already built structure into the new design. In March 2024, the tower was rebranded and renamed as Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina.{{cite news | title = IHG Is Reviving a Forgotten Dubai Skyscraper Launched in 2007 | first = Josh | last = Corder | newspaper = Skift | date = March 28, 2024 | access-date = May 23, 2025 | url = https://skift.com/2024/03/28/ihg-is-reviving-a-forgotten-dubai-skyscraper-launched-in-2007/ }}

Upon its completion, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina will have 122 stories and will be 517 m / 1,696 ft tall making it the tallest building in the Dubai Marina and potentially the tallest residential building in the world.{{Cite web |date=2024-04-29 |title='Sky mansions' will top the world's tallest residential tower |url=https://newatlas.com/architecture/six-senses-residences-dubai-marina/ |access-date=2024-07-13 |website=New Atlas |language=en-US}} Construction restarted in 2024.{{Cite web |title=Six Senses Residences - The Skyscraper Center |url=https://www.skyscrapercenter.com/building/six-senses-residences/46818 |access-date=2024-07-13 |website=www.skyscrapercenter.com}} It is expected to be completed by 2028.{{Cite web |last=Nair |first=Sarangi |date=2024-08-03 |title=Dubai to get world's tallest residential tower by 2028 |url=https://parametric-architecture.com/dubai-to-get-worlds-tallest-residential-tower-by-2028/ |access-date=2024-10-25 |language=en-US}}
