Perštejn ({{langx|de|Pürstein}}) is a municipality and village in Chomutov District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,200 inhabitants.

Perštejn lies approximately {{convert|23|km|mi}} south-west of Chomutov, {{convert|73|km|mi|abbr=on}} south-west of Ústí nad Labem, and {{convert|99|km|mi|abbr=on}} west of Prague.
