Peter Wyon

Peter Wyon (1767–1822) was a British engraver of medals and coins. After his brother went to London, Wyon remained working in Birmingham.{{cite book|last1=Carlisle|first1=Nicholas|last2=Wyon|first2=William|title=A memoir of the life and works of William Wyon|date=1837|publisher=W Nichol|location=Oxford|page=36}} Wyon worked for the manufacturer and business man, Matthew Boulton (1728-1809) in Soho, Birmingham. He was associated with the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists.
