Pettinengo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Biella in the Italian region Piedmont, located about {{convert|60|km|mi}} northeast of Turin and about {{convert|3|km|mi|0}} southeast of Biella. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,567 and an area of {{convert|11.5|km2|mi2}}.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.
Pettinengo borders the following municipalities: Andorno Micca, Biella, Bioglio, Callabiana, Camandona, Piedicavallo, Pila, Piode, Rassa, Ronco Biellese, Scopello, Tavigliano, Ternengo, Valle Mosso, Valle San Nicolao, Veglio, Zumaglia.
History
