Phoon Kok Kwang

Phoon Kok Kwang ({{zh|c=方國光|p=Fāng Guóguāng}}) is a Singaporean civil engineer, currently president of Singapore University of Technology and Design,{{cite web|title=SUTD Leadership|url=https://sutd.edu.sg/About/People/SUTD-Leadership/Professor-Phoon-Kok-Kwang}} formerly senior Vice Provost (Academic Affairs) at National University of Singapore and is the founding editor-in-chief of the Taylor & Francis journal Georisk. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
