Physiculus karrerae, the Japanese codling, is a species of bathydemersal fish found in the Atlantic Ocean.Trunov, I.A., 1991. Fishes of the family Moridae from the southeastern Atlantic Ocean (genera Mora Risso and Physiculus Kaup). J. Ichthyol. 31(6):110-116.

Etymology
