Pinasugbo, also known as consilva, is a Filipino banana chip dessert made from thinly sliced saba bananas that are deep-fried and coated with caramelized sugar and sesame seeds. It originates from the Hiligaynon people of the Western Visayas islands. It is traditionally sold in white paper cones.{{cite web |last1=Piccio |first1=Belle |title=Pinasugbo: Visayas' All-Time-Favorite Pasalubong |url=https://www.choosephilippines.com/eat/recipes/5583/pinasugbo-visayas-pasalubong |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20170707213342/http://www.choosephilippines.com/eat/recipes/5583/pinasugbo-visayas-pasalubong |url-status=usurped |archive-date=July 7, 2017 |website=ChoosePhilippines |access-date=July 8, 2019}}{{cite web |title=Consilva or Pinasugbo a la Marketman |url=http://www.marketmanila.com/archives/consilva-or-pinasugbo-a-la-marketman |website=Market Manila |access-date=July 8, 2019}}{{cite web |title=Pinasugbo |url=https://flavoursofiloilo.blogspot.com/2011/06/pinasugbo.html |website=Flavours of Iloilo |access-date=July 8, 2019}}
