He was a resident of Turin. He painted decoration in the way of frescoes and painted furniture, including a cabinet painted in tempera exhibited along with Francesco Carando. His two daughters, Luigia and Romana Mossello, married Carlo Bartolomeo Musso and his brother Secondo.
