Platanthera tescamnis, the intermountain bog orchid or yellow rein orchid,{{PLANTS|id=PLTE5|taxon=Platanthera tescamnis|accessdate=7 October 2015}} is a species of orchid described in 2006.Sheviak, C. J. and W. F. Jennings. (2006). A new Platanthera (Orchidaceae) from the Intermountain West. Rhodora 108:933 19-31. Platanthera tescamnis produces a slender, erect flowering stem which may exceed {{convert|1|m|ftin|spell=in|sp=us}} in height. There are several leaves around the base of the stem, lance-shaped to oval and measuring up to {{convert|29|cm|in|sp=us}} long by {{convert|5|cm|in|0|sp=us}} wide. The inflorescence is a dense spike of many small yellow-green flowers.
