Plummers Point is a rural settlement in the Western Bay of Plenty District and Bay of Plenty Region of New Zealand's North Island. It is on a headland on the southern side of Tauranga Harbour, opposite Motuhoa Island, and between Mangawhai Bay and Te Puna Estuary. Plummers Point had a population of 189 in the 2023 New Zealand census, unchanged since the 2018 census, and an increase of 21 people (12.5%) since the 2013 census. English was spoken by 98.4%, Māori by 1.6%, and other languages by 7.9%. No language could be spoken by 1.6% (e.g. too young to talk). The percentage of people born overseas was 23.8, compared with 28.8% nationally.

Religious affiliations were 31.7% Christian. People who answered that they had no religion were 63.5%, and 3.2% of people did not answer the census question.

Of those at least 15 years old, 48 (30.2%) people had a bachelor's or higher degree, 87 (54.7%) had a post-high school certificate or diploma, and 24 (15.1%) people exclusively held high school qualifications. The median income was $47,900, compared with $41,500 nationally. 27 people (17.0%) earned over $100,000 compared to 12.1% nationally.
