Polymesoda is a genus of clams in the family Cyrenidae.Bouchet, P. and S. Gofas. (2014). The genus was previously classified in the family Corbiculidae,[https://www.itis.gov/servlet/SingleRpt/SingleRpt?search_topic=TSN&search_value=81382 Polymesoda.] Integrated Taxonomic Information System (ITIS). before it was subsumed into Cyrenidae.
