Powertech Technology Inc. (PTI; {{zh|t=力成科技}}; 6239. TW) is a Taiwanese semiconductor assembly, packaging and testing company.

In 2010 the company entered a strategic alliance with Japan's Elpida Memory and Taiwan's chip foundry United Microelectronics Corporation to develop advanced semiconductor packaging technology.[http://cn.reuters.com/article/companyNews/idUKTKV00638220100621?symbol=6239.TW ] 21 June 2010 (Reuters) "Japan's Elpida Memory Inc 6665.T said on Monday that it would tie up with Taiwan's United Microelectronics Corp (2303.TW: 行情) and Powertech Technology Inc (6239.TW: 行情) to develop advanced semiconductor packaging technology. The companies said in a statement the alliance would leverage the strengths in Elpida's DRAM, PTI's assembly and UMC's foundry logic technologies to develop a "one-chip solution" "

The company is purported to be manufacturing Apple Inc.'s Apple S1 chip for their recently announced Apple Watch.
