Primaluna (Valassinese {{langx|lmo|Premalüne}}) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about {{convert|60|km|mi}} northeast of Milan and about {{convert|13|km|mi|0}} north of Lecco.

Primaluna borders the following municipalities: Casargo, Cortenova, Crandola Valsassina, Esino Lario, Introbio, Pasturo, Premana.
