Prochowice {{IPAc-pl|p|r|o|h|o|'|w|J|i|c|e}} ({{langx|de|Parchwitz}}) is a town in Legnica County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.{{TERYT}} It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Prochowice. It lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Legnica, and {{convert|50|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Wrocław.
