The Progressive Civic Project (Progetto Civico Progressista, PCP) was a left-wing coalition of political parties active in Aosta Valley, Italy.

PCP was launched as a joint list for the 2020 regional election by three parties: the Democratic Party (PD), Green Europe (EV) and Civic Network (RC).https://www.ansa.it/valledaosta/notizie/2020/07/13/elezioni-progetto-civico-progressista-vda-cerca-stabilita_ae7cafc0-d1e9-491a-a1ba-bfbcaccef620.html PCP obtained 15.7% of the vote and 7 seats. After the election, a regionalist/centre-left government, composed of the Valdostan Union, the Valdostan Alliance, Edelweiss, Mouv', the PD and RC, was formed.https://www.consiglio.vda.it/app/legislature/composizione?id=12306#34-giunta-regionale{{cite web | title=Regione, c'è l'accordo. Within a year, the RC-led PCP broke with the government and the PD: five councillors sided with the PD and formed a new group named also "Progressive Federalists" in October 2021,https://www.ansa.it/valledaosta/notizie/consiglio/2021/10/28/scissione-nel-pcp-nascono-i-federalisti-progressisti-pd_603dfdf9-ebca-4f52-8e48-574cdd878433.htmlhttps://aostasera.it/notizie/politica/divorzio-pcp-nasce-il-gruppo-federalisti-progressisti-partito-democraticohttps://aostanews24.it/nuovo-gruppo-consiliare-dalla-spaccatura-del-pcp-nasce-federalisti-progressisti-partito-democratico while the remaining two, Erika Guichardaz and Chiara Minelli, who had resigned from regional minister in May,https://www.lastampa.it/aosta/2021/05/14/news/regione-minelli-si-dimette-da-assessora-all-ambiente-e-trasporti-1.40270031 re-organised the PCP as the union of three groups — RC, EV and Democratic Area–Autonomist Left (AD–GA) —, and re-branded it as a left-wing opposition to the regionalist/centre-left government.https://www.consiglio.vda.it/app/comunicatigruppi/dettaglio?id=21541 Guichardaz was affiliated with AD–GA,https://www.consiglio.vda.it/app/consiglieri/curriculum?id=1118 Minelli with RC.

In the general election PCP supported Guichardaz to the Chamber and Daria Pulz to the Senate, along with the Five Star Movement, AD–GA, Environment Rights Equality (ADU) and Italian Left,https://www.ansa.it/valledaosta/notizie/2022/08/09/elezioni-guichardaz-e-pulz-due-donne-per-sinistra-e-m5s-vda_eb29ff31-9fe4-4bbe-bc58-2af65b63cc12.htmlhttps://www.dire.it/09-08-2022/773752-in-valle-daosta-guichardaz-e-pulz-candidate-per-adu-m5s-e-area-dem the latter two already united by a federative pact.https://www.ansa.it/valledaosta/notizie/2022/04/14/accordo-adu-sinistra-italiana-per-una-valle-daosta-aperta_772aafac-8d82-4244-9e50-cfc9c6a84e45.html Guichardaz and Pulz obtained 10.9% and 10.0% of the vote, respectively. In February 2025, Erika Guichardaz stated that PCP "ceased to exist".{{cite news |title=«Progetto Civico Progressista non esiste più».
