:I want to create a seperate WikiProject because I believe that this topic, Computer Programming deserves its own seperate WikiProject. On the other hand, I might just start a task force.

Why is too big and too general a problem? Most of these existing projects are pretty quiet. There doesn't seem to be a risk of computer programming initiatives getting buried in the noise if you bring them. ~Kvng (talk) 13:16, 27 March 2020 (UTC)

Having recently revived a project that, despite the revival, may be too narrow in scope to maintain, I advise proposing a task force to one of the related projects. —¿philoserf? (talk) 21:35, 30 March 2020 (UTC)
