A group of Wikipedians have come toghether to form a WikiProject about the Ediacaran Biota that leads to improve articles in the scope of the Ediacaran. This WikiProject encourages new users to join it to improve the articles that are affiliated with this WikiProjects.
Goals
WikiProject:Ediacaran is aimed to better organize, describe and improve articles affiliated to the Ediacaran Biota. This WikiProject's scope also includes articles relating to Palaeontology as a whole.
=Individual goals=
1. Maintain and Create articles about the Ediacaran and its Biota to better expand them to an encyclopedic level
2. Better expand and find citations about the Ediacaran Biota
3. Checking mistakes in :Category:Ediacaran and :Category:Ediacaran life

Article Content
Articles which are focused around the Ediacaran and its Biota are to not stray off from the rules that Wikipedia has put in place for how articles should be made and what the quality standard should be. An example of an article is Pteridinium. A number of articles within the scope of the Ediacaran are stubs due to the low amount of references being for that animals. If you can't find a reference for an article you wanna make, it's best to not make that article other than making up information.
Participants
There are two main things you need to do in order to be part of WikiProject:Ediacaran. Those three things are:
- Writing your name on the list of participants in chronological order
- Adding one of the Userboxes from the Userbox section by copy and pasting it onto your user page
