Welcome to WikiProject Florida State University, this is a WikiProject that has been set up to better organize and present information in all articles related to Florida State University and the Florida State Seminoles. This project is never-ending, and all are welcome to contribute...

This project will help to focus the efforts of other Wikipedians to improve all FSU-related articles in order to make Wikipedia an excellent resource for Florida State University and the Florida State Seminoles information for all who visit. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page and see the to-do list there.

Scope and goals

This project is designed to help those interested in improving all of the FSU-related articles on Wikipedia to find a particular area in which they are interested in working. As Florida State University is a broad subject, there are many sub-projects and collaborations in which you can participate.

Reminder: All are welcome to make changes!!!

We want to

  1. Standardize the style and format of articles on any article pertaining to Florida State University and the Florida State Seminoles subjects.
  2. Document alumni/athletes who attended or graduated from Florida State University who have not been added yet.
  3. The alumni who have been added: need their profiles expanded on the List of Florida State University alumni page. In addition, please provide proper sources.
  4. Create a body of articles that accurately depicts the history and culture of Florida State University and the Florida State Seminoles.
  5. Expand the number of articles regarding Florida State University, and subjects pertaining to this university. In addition, improve the quality as well.
  6. Highlight Florida State University's relationship and contributions to the rest of the world.
  7. Properly source all FSU-related articles, preferably using the <ref> element and the {{tl|cite}} series of templates.
  8. Monitor the Florida State University and Florida State Seminoles pages to assure no one vandalizes them.
  9. Update the pictures, images, and rankings for Florida State University.
  10. Document and categorize the faculty who are currently or have previously taught at the Florida State University.
  11. Document all the athletic coaches who have ever been employed by Florida State University.
  12. Document all academic administrators who have ever been employed by Florida State University.
