Prothoenor

In Greek mythology, Prothoenor{{Pronunciation needed}} (Ancient Greek: Προθοήνωρ) was one of the Greek leaders in the Trojan War, from Thespiae in Boeotia, son of AreilycusHomer, Iliad [https://www.perseus.tufts.edu/hopper/text?doc=Hom.+Il.+2.494&fromdoc=Perseus%3Atext%3A1999.01.0134%20:boo=0:chapter=0&highlight=Protho 2.495] (ArchilycusDiodorus Siculus, [https://penelope.uchicago.edu/Thayer/E/Roman/Texts/Diodorus_Siculus/4D*.html#67.7 4.67.7]) and Theobule,Hyginus, Fabulae [https://topostext.org/work/206#97 97] brother of Arcesilaus; he commanded eight ships.
