History
The community center was established in 2005,{{cite web|url=http://www.pdxqcenter.org/about/faq/|title=Frequently Asked Questions|access-date=June 4, 2014|publisher=Q Center}}{{Dead link|date=March 2025 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }} championed by then-city Commissioner Sam Adams. The center relocated to North Mississippi Avenue in 2009.
