Qatrun, Al Katrun, Gatrone, or Al Gatrun ({{langx|ar|القطرون}}) is a village in the Murzuq District in southern Libya on the main road to Chad and Niger. Niger maintains a consulate office there. When the border checkpoint 310 kilometres south at Tumu is closed, travelers crossing into Libya from Niger report in at Qatrun.

The town was briefly captured by the National Liberation Army during the Libyan Civil War in July 2011.{{cite news|url=https://www.foxnews.com/world/libyan-rebels-open-new-front-near-qaddafis-southern-stronghold/|agency=FOX News|date=21 July 2011|access-date=21 July 2011|title=Libyan Rebels Open New Front Near Qaddafi's Southern Stronghold}}{{cite news|url=http://varldsinbordeskriget.wordpress.com/2011/07/21/further-rebel-advances-in-libya-and-anders-fogh-rasmussen-praised-the-rebel-progress/|agency=Världsinbördeskriget|date=21 July 2011|access-date=21 July 2011|title=FURTHER REBEL ADVANCES IN LIBYA AND ANDERS FOGH RASMUSSEN PRAISED THE REBEL PROGRESS}} On 23 July, Gaddafi forces recaptured the city and continued south towards Al Wigh.[http://www.dailystar.com.lb/News/Middle-East/2011/Jul-23/Libya-rebels-report-loss-of-Qatrun.ashx#axzz1SwMkjq72 Libya rebels report loss of Qatrun | News, Middle East | THE DAILY STAR] The National Liberation Army later recaptured the village.
