Qikiqtani General Hospital (QGH) is a 35-bed acute care hospital in the Nunavut territorial capital of Iqaluit on Baffin Island.{{cite news |url=https://www.bloomberg.com/profile/company/5150242Z:CN |title=Baffin Regional Hospital}} It is also the sole hospital in the territory.{{cite web |title=Qikiqtani General Hospital |url=https://www.gov.nu.ca/health/information/qikiqtani-general-hospital |publisher=Government of Nunavut |access-date=28 June 2018 |location=Iqaluit, Nunavut}} The first hospital, the Baffin Regional Hospital, was constructed in 1962, and a new hospital, the Qikiqtani General Hospital replaced the older one in 2007.{{Cite book| publisher = McGill-Queen's Press (MQUP)| isbn = 978-0-7735-8885-1| last1 = Marchildon| first1 = Gregory P.| last2 = Torgerson| first2 = Renée| title = Nunavut: A Health System Profile| date = 1 June 2013}} By 2013, it had four birthing rooms, and two operating rooms.

Hickes said that the hospital is a "focal point in the community", and that the "newly renovated East Wing of the original Baffin Regional Hospital in Iqaluit {{sic|compli|ments|expecting=complements}} the newer Qikiqtani General Hospital with modern infrastructure and space".

The regional hospital offers services in cardiology, gynaecology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, internal medicine, respirology, urology, orthopaedics, paediatric cardiology, allergist, ENT (Ears, nose and throat specialist), and ophthalmology.
