Quarna Sopra is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 75 kilometres (47 mi) from Malpensa Airport in Milan, {{convert|140|km|mi}} northeast of Turin and about {{convert|15|km|mi|0}} southwest of Verbania.All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.
