Qytezë (or Qyteza in its definite form in Albanian) is a community in Korçë County, southern Albania.{{cite web|url=http://www.geonames.org/search.html?q=qyteza&country=|access-date=2010-06-20|title=Location of Qytezë}} At the 2015 local government reform it became part of the municipality Devoll.{{cite web |url=https://www.vendime.al/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/137-2014.pdf |title=Law nr. 115/2014 |language=sq |pages=6372–6373|access-date=25 February 2022 }} The settlement is known for being the birthplace of Adam Anastas Beloushi, the father of comedian/actor/musicians, John and James Belushi.

Qyteza ({{langx|sq|little town}}) was formed during the 18th century from the Orthodox settlers of nearby abandoned villages, wrecked from the Ottoman oppression.{{citation|access-date=2013-10-13|url=http://www.qyteza.org/|publisher=Qyteza.org|language=sq|title=Main Page|url-status=dead|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20161025173438/http://www.qyteza.org/|archive-date=2016-10-25}} Local people have contributed to the Albanian National Awakening, June Revolution, and the National Liberation Movement (Albania).

Migration has always characterized the village; nowadays only a few families are still residing in it.
