RFPL3-AS1
In molecular biology, RFPL3 antisense RNA 1 (non-protein coding), also known as RFPL3-AS1 is a long non-coding RNA. In humans, it is on chromosome 22. It is antisense to the RFPL3 gene encoding a RING finger domain-containing protein. It may function in the post-transcriptional regulation of this gene.{{cite journal |vauthors=Seroussi E, Kedra D, Pan HQ, Peyrard M, Schwartz C, Scambler P, etal | title=Duplications on human chromosome 22 reveal a novel Ret Finger Protein-like gene family with sense and endogenous antisense transcripts. | journal=Genome Res | year= 1999 | volume= 9 | issue= 9 | pages= 803–814 | pmid=10508838 | doi= 10.1101/gr.9.9.803| doi-access= free }}
