{{Short description|Protein-coding gene in the species Homo sapiens}}
{{Infobox_gene}}
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase RNF125 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RNF125 gene.{{cite web | title = Entrez Gene: RNF125 ring finger protein 125| url = https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?Db=gene&Cmd=ShowDetailView&TermToSearch=54941| accessdate = }}
This gene encodes a novel E3 ubiquitin ligase that contains an N-terminal RING finger domain. The encoded protein may function as a positive regulator in the T-cell receptor signaling pathway.
