The RS 21, first launched in 2018{{Cite web|url=https://www.rssailing.com/rs21-keelboat-launch/|title=RS21 Club Keelboat Launch at Dusseldorf Boat Show|first=Website|last=Admin|date=January 18, 2018|website=RS Sailing, the world’s largest small-sailboat manufacturer}} by RS Sailing and is a one design keelboat. Design for between 3 and 5 people to race competitively. A detuned "club" version of the boat is available for sale training and fleet charter use.

The class has held an annual RS21 World Championship since 2022.
