Rail Users Ireland (previously Platform 11) is an Irish rail transport pressure group which advocates for the expansion of rail transport routes and services in Ireland. History
Platform 11 was founded in January 2003 at a public meeting held in Dublin.{{fact|date=January 2024}} The group, which was renamed Rail Users Ireland in 2007,{{cite web|url = https://railusers.ie/news/news.php?year=2007&no=17.html | title = Rail Users Ireland - Viewing News Story - New Committee | website = railusers.ie | date = September 2007 | accessdate = 26 January 2024 }} has advocated for expanded commuter services in the Greater Dublin Area and for suburban rail services in Galway and Limerick.{{citation needed|date=June 2020}} They have also advocated for bus services connecting to railheads where rail is not feasible.{{fact|date=January 2024}}
