The racial makeup of the town was 84.23% White, 0.28% African American, 11.83% Native American, 0.28% Asian, and 3.38% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.85% of the population.
There were 2 households, out of which 100% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 100% were married couples living together, 0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 0% were non-families. 0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. Historic Site

The Ralston Opera House is located at 501-503 Main Street.
