Ramón Luis Franco (born September 12, 1963) is a film and television actor. He was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico{{cite book|title=Vista|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=_GM_AQAAIAAJ|year=1988|publisher=Horizon|page=542}} and resides in Los Angeles.
