Raymond James Ratkowski{{cite web|url=https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/R/RatkRa20.htm|title=Ray Ratkowski|publisher=Pro-Football-Reference.com|accessdate=2011-08-08}} (born November 10, 1939) was a professional American football halfback. He played football at the University of Notre Dame. He died on April 30, 2012.

Ray was an all-city running back at St. Francis Prep in Brooklyn.
