Raymond Plant, Baron Plant of Highfield, {{post-nominals|country=GBR|sep=,|FKC}} (born 19 March 1945), is a British Labour peer and academic.

He is an Honorary Fellow of Harris Manchester College, Oxford. He is the author of several books on political philosophy, and was formerly a lay canon at Winchester Cathedral.
