Raymond Thomas Albert Windsor (born 9 February 1943) played first-class and List A cricket for Somerset in 1969.{{cite web | url = http://www.cricketarchive.co.uk/Archive/Players/3/3898/3898.html| title = Raymond Windsor|publisher = www.cricketarchive.com | accessdate = 2011-06-12}} He was born at Wellington, Somerset.
