Raynerius of Splitalso Raniero, Ranieri, Renier, Rayner. (died 1180) was an Italian Camaldolese monk. He became bishop of Cagli, from 1156 to 1175, and then archbishop of Split.{{cite web | url=https://www.santiebeati.it/dettaglio/65460 | title=San Rainerio (Raniero) di Cagli }}
He was stoned to death in a dispute over land,[http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/03140a.htm Catholic Encyclopedia (1913) : "Cagli e Pergola"] defending the rights of the Church.
