Razor-qt is a discontinued free and open-source desktop environment. It was intended as a lightweight desktop environment based upon the Qt application framework, and was "tailored for users who value simplicity, speed, and an intuitive interface."{{Cite news|url=https://www.pcworld.com/article/2012183/five-reasons-to-try-the-new-razor-qt-linux-desktop.html|title=Five reasons to try the new Razor-qt Linux desktop|work=PCWorld|access-date=2018-09-16}}
Development of Razor-qt has ceased, as it has merged with LXDE's Qt port to form LXQt.{{Cite news|url=https://www.zdnet.com/article/want-to-bring-that-old-netbook-back-to-life-hands-on-with-manjaro-lxqt-and-lxle/|title=Want to bring that old netbook back to life? Overview
Razor-qt was still in the early stages of development.{{citation |url=http://www.linuxjournal.com/content/razor-qt-04-qt-based-desktop-environment |title=Razor-qt 0.4 – Qt based Desktop Environment |author=Reed, Michael |work=Linux Journal |date=2012-01-30 |access-date=2012-02-13}} {{asof|2012|2}}, the environment included a panel viewer and switcher, a desktop, an application launcher, a settings center and sessions. These components could be enabled or disabled by the user.{{citation |url=https://www.pcworld.com/article/246840/razorqt_a_new_linux_desktop_alternative.html |title=Razor-qt: A New Linux Desktop Alternative |publisher=PC World |author=Noyes, Katherine |date=2011-12-27 |access-date=2012-02-13 |archive-date=18 December 2021 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211218184931/https://www.pcworld.com/article/246840/razorqt_a_new_linux_desktop_alternative.html |url-status=dead }}
Razor-qt could be used with any modern X window manager such as Openbox, fvwm2, or KWin.
The memory consumption of Razor-qt was slightly above LXDE, using 114 MiB in a reviewer's test while LXDE used 108 MiB.{{citation |url=http://www.webupd8.org/2011/12/razor-qt-new-lightweight-desktop.html |title=Razor-Qt: A New Lightweight Desktop Environment Based on Qt |publisher=Web Upd8 |author=Alin Andrei |date=2011-12-19 |access-date=2012-08-21}}
