The Recombination detection program (RDP) is a computer program used to analyse nucleotide sequence data and identify evidence of genetic recombination. Besides applying a large number of different recombination detection methods it also implements various phylogenetic tree construction methods and recombination hotspot tests. The latest version is RDP4.{{cite journal|url= |doi=10.1093/ve/vev003|pmid=27774277|pmc=5014473|title=RDP4: Detection and analysis of recombination patterns in virus genomes|journal=Virus Evolution|volume=1|issue=1|pages=vev003|year=2015|last1=Martin|first1=Darren P|last2=Murrell|first2=Ben|last3=Golden|first3=Michael|last4=Khoosal|first4=Arjun|last5=Muhire|first5=Brejnev}}
