Renaissance Square is a high-rise complex located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The complex includes two towers: One Renaissance Square at {{Convert|347|ft|abbr=on}} with 26 floors, and Two Renaissance Square at {{Convert|372|ft|abbr=on}} with 28 floors. Although a part of the same complex, Tower 1 was completed in 1986 while Tower 2 was completed in 1990. Renaissance Square, which is composed of buildings which stand as the seventh- and fourteenth-tallest buildings in Phoenix, is entirely an office complex. The two towers are connected by a skyway positioned halfway up the structures.

Developed by Trammell Crow Company, Renaissance Square was sold to the Pauls Corporation in 2005 for {{US$|120 million}}.{{Cite news | url=https://www.bizjournals.com/twincities/stories/2005/08/08/daily59.html | title=Xcel Energy sells Renaissance Square | first=Steve | last=LeBeau | work=American City Business Journals | date=August 12, 2005 |url-access=subscription |url-status=live |archive-url=https://ghostarchive.org/archive/NDwfv |archive-date= 2 May 2024 }} In late 2007, the Pauls Corporation sold the complex to the Hines U.S. Core Office Fund for {{US$|273 million}}.{{Cite web |title=Real Estate Briefs: Investor scores big on sale of Renaissance Square towers |url=http://phoenix.bizjournals.com/phoenix/stories/2007/12/31/focus2.html |url-access=subscription |publisher=Phoenix Business Journal |date=2007-12-28 |accessdate=11 February 2011 |url-status=live |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20110805125856/http://www.bizjournals.com/phoenix/stories/2007/12/31/focus2.html |archive-date= Aug 5, 2011 }} It was the second-largest commercial exchange in Phoenix in 2007. In December, 2016 Oaktree Capital Management & Cypress Office Properties purchased the towers from Hines for US$150 million. In late 2017 the project underwent over US$50 million in building renovations. Cushman & Wakefield has the listing assignment to lease the project.
