Eder Ricardo Steer Lara ({{IPA|es|riˈkaɾðo esˈtiɾ}}; born 8 June 1982) is a retired Colombian football player.

Career

He used to play for Independiente Medellín in Colombia and Municipal Pérez Zeledón, Brujas F.C. in Costa Rica.
